~ How do I submit a photo for Celebrity Sightings?

To submit a photo for Celebrity Sightings, simply email the photo to info@cannellacustomcycles.com. Remember to include a short caption with your picture. It is asked that you not submit any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, invasive of one’s privacy, abusive or that may violate the rights of others. Any photos and information that you communicate will become the property of Cannella Custom Cycles and Cannella Custom Cycles will be free to copy, disclose, and incorporate the materials you submit, without any obligation to compensate you for the materials or obtain permissions from you once you’ve submitted pictures or information.

It is asked that you also refrain from uploading commercial content and submitting it for placement.

~ What if I want to use the Cannella Custom Cycles logo or part of it?

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, transfer, imitate, or sell the Company’s logo in any format. Cannella Custom Cycles retains full and complete title to the trademark and all associate intellectual property rights, thus usage without prior written permission from Cannella Custom Cycles is strictly prohibited.

~ How can I get Cannella Custom Cycles to be a sponsor?

Due to the number of requests that we receive for sponsorships and donations, we have decided to focus our contributions on a pre-selected number of organizations.

~ When will my order be shipped?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00

We currently ship orders for delivery in the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) ground (no deliveries to P.O. Boxes if UPS ground). If UPS does not offer service to your location in the United States, we will secure an alternate means of delivery to include FedEx Ground or USPS. In-stock items should arrive within 4 to 7 business days from receipt of your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. E.T. on Friday will be processed and shipped on Saturday.

For orders shipped outside the United States we will work to secure the cheapest and safest means of delivering in-stock items to you. In-stock items should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your order. All duties and taxes will be paid by you.

We will notify you upon shipment of your item(s). The notification will include shipping and tracking information.

~ Will I be charged sales tax for my purchase?

We are required by law to register, collect and remit sales tax on the purchase of goods procured through our on-line store in the state where the Company has a physical presence, Florida. You will only be charged sales tax if you are shipping to a Florida residence.

Florida residents please add 7% Florida sales tax.

~ What if an item selected is out of stock?

We do our best to keep items in stock. However, due to the popularity of certain items we cannot guarantee that all sizes and products are in stock when you make a purchase. We are truly sorry if the product you wish to purchase is not available. Any sold out items will have SOLD OUT beside them.

We will do our best to accommodate you if an item is out of stock, please contact us at info@cannellacustomcycles.com and a customer service representative will let you know when you can anticipate the size or product to be available.

~ How do I care for my new garments?

Please follow the wash care instructions listed below for best results.

Cotton Silkscreen T-shirts – Please note that we recommend you wash dark colors separately. Turn your garment inside out and machine wash in cold water. Hang garment to dry. We do not recommend that you place silkscreen garments in a dryer.

Crystal and Studded Shirts and Jackets - Please note that we recommend you wash dark colors separately. Make sure to button jackets. Turn your garment inside out and hand wash or machine wash on a delicate setting in cold water. Hang garment to dry. You should not place crystal or studded garments in a dryer.

Your garments will stay looking great for years if you follow the instructions listed.

~ What if I want to return an item or have quality problems?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or request a refund of unused and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange or return Special and Custom orders, unused and undamaged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Complete the Exchange/Return Form
  2. Attach the original invoice
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the box the items were shipped in
  4. Affix the pre-addressed return label
  5. Send via your mail carrier - The cost of return shipping will be at your expense unless the result of our error. Shipping charges will be charged for new orders shipped.
You will be contacted upon receipt of returned item(s).

The cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to you once the item is received and processed. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

We will pay return shipping costs if the exchange or return is a result of our error or exchange or return is the result of defective merchandise.

We are sorry, but we can not credit the cost of your return shipping, this will be at your expense unless the result of our error as stated in our Exchange and Return Policy. Shipping charges will be charged for the new order shipped.

We cannot be held responsible for packages damaged or lost in shipping, so it is recommended that you properly secure the items in the same packaging the items were initially shipped in and that you request tracking information when shipping the items back to Cannella Custom Cycles.
